Philodendron ‘Sun Red’
Philodendron ‘Sun Red’ is a beautiful new hybrid that develops large, oval, leathery, glossy leaves that are brilliant red when young, maturing to a red-purple, with red wine colored stems, Compact and bushy growth habit, reaching up to 24″ tall at maturity. Place in bright indirect light, can tolerate a bit of early morning or late afternoon sun. Allow the top 1″-2″ of soil to dry between waterings.
~Do Not place in full sun. Though many Philodendron can be acclimated to full sun, our Philodendron have been grown under shaded, greenhouse conditions.
~Philodendron are considerably hardy & tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions, but for the best growth it is recommended to provide higher levels of humidity.
